Refund Policy

Understanding our terms for VIP concierge services

Thank you for choosing All Set Vegas. We value transparency and want clients to understand our refund and cancellation terms before booking any concierge or hosting services.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to All Set Vegas for concierge, hosting, itinerary planning, or coordination services are final and non-refundable.

Because our services involve advance planning, communication, coordination with venues, and time-based labor, no refunds will be issued once any portion of the service has been rendered — including, but not limited to:

  • Initial consultation
  • Communication or planning efforts
  • Coordination or outreach to venues
  • Drafting itineraries or schedules
  • Providing hosted support
  • Reserving or securing times at venues on your behalf

Once any part of the service begins, the payment is considered earned.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your request, booking, or planned itinerary before any services have begun, you may request a cancellation; however, refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of All Set Vegas.

If any work has been started — even minimal planning or communication — no refund will be issued.

3. Venue Policies

Nightclubs, lounges, restaurants, or third-party venues each maintain their own independent policies regarding:

  • Entry requirements
  • Dress codes
  • Age verification
  • Pricing
  • Minimums
  • Availability
  • Cancellations

All Set Vegas is not responsible for venue decisions, and refunds will not be issued due to policies or decisions made by a third-party venue.

4. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to arrive, respond, or meet venue requirements (such as ID or dress code), no refunds will be issued.

This includes late arrivals or missed reservation times.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information
  • Complying with venue rules
  • Arriving on time
  • Having proper identification
  • Ensuring their group meets requirements set by the venue

Failure to meet any of these responsibilities does not qualify for a refund.
