All Set Vegas provides concierge, hosting, itinerary planning, and coordination services for nightlife, dining, and entertainment experiences in Las Vegas.

We assist clients with recommendations, scheduling, logistics, and communication with venues. We are not a ticket seller, promoter, or representative of any nightclub, lounge, or restaurant.

All venue-related decisions—including entry, pricing, table minimums, seating, dress codes, and age requirements—are determined solely by the venue.

All Set Vegas does not guarantee:

• Entry into any venue
• Bottle or table pricing
• Specific table locations
• Line wait times
• Promotional offers
• Venue availability

Final decisions are made by the venue and are outside our control.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Communicate promptly for planning purposes
• Arrive on time for reservations
• Comply with all venue rules and dress codes
• Ensure all members of their group are 21+ and have valid ID
• Follow all local laws and regulations

Any failure to meet these requirements may result in denied entry or service by the venue, for which All Set Vegas is not responsible.

All payments to All Set Vegas are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Service fees
• Planning fees
• Coordination or hosting fees

No refunds will be issued once any portion of the service has been rendered, including communication, planning, scheduling, outreach to venues, or hosted support.

Clients acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy posted on our website.

All Set Vegas may coordinate with third parties such as:

• Nightclubs
• Lounges
• Restaurants
• Entertainment venues

These partners operate independently and set their own:

• Rules
• Prices
• Entry requirements
• Age restrictions
• Availability

All Set Vegas is not responsible for their decisions, policies, or actions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, All Set Vegas is not liable for:

• Venue denials or policy enforcement
• Changes in venue schedules or availability
• Pricing or minimums set by venues
• Lost items or personal property
• Transportation or travel issues
• Injuries, incidents, or behavior of venue staff or guests
• Group member actions resulting in denied entry

All services are used at the client's own risk.

All Set Vegas may adjust or modify plans when necessary due to:

• Venue availability
• Schedule changes
• Operational issues
• Force majeure events

We will always attempt to notify clients, but changes may occur without notice.

Use of our services is also governed by our separate Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By using All Set Vegas services, contacting us, submitting payment, or communicating service needs, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read these Terms
• Understand them
• Agree to be bound by them
