Terms of Service & Liaison Protocol

The following terms govern all engagements with All Set Vegas. By initiating communication or submitting payment, you agree to these protocols.

1. Description of Services

All Set Vegas provides professional advocacy and logistical coordination. We act as a liaison between the Principal (Head of the Table) and third-party venues. We are not a ticket seller, promoter, or venue representative. All venue-related decisions—including entry, final pricing, and seating—remain the sole authority of venue management.

2. Payment & "All Sales Are Final" Policy

All payments made for service, planning, and coordination fees are final and non-refundable. Our services involve advance labor, venue intelligence, and time-based coordination; therefore, no refunds will be issued once any portion of the service has been initiated (including consultation, outreach, or itinerary drafting).

3. No Guarantees of Entry or Pricing

While we advocate for the best outcomes, All Set Vegas does not guarantee venue entry, specific table pricing, or exact locations. Final decisions are made by venue security. Refunds will not be issued due to decisions, schedule changes, or policy enforcement made by a third-party venue.

4. Principal Responsibilities

The Principal is responsible for ensuring their delegation provides accurate information, arrives on time, and complies with all venue dress codes and age requirements (21+). Failure to meet these requirements, including "No-Shows," does not qualify for a refund.

5. Third-Party Logistics & Transportation

All Set Vegas provides administrative assistance in scheduling transportation. We are not a transportation broker or carrier. All contracts and payments remain directly between the Principal and the licensed transportation provider.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

All Set Vegas is not liable for venue denials, lost property, personal injury, illness, or the behavior of third-party staff or guests. The Principal agrees to indemnify and hold All Set Vegas harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the conduct of the Principal or their guests. All services are utilized at the client's own risk.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, using our services, or providing a "Notice to Proceed" via digital communication, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
