The following Terms of Service govern all engagements with All Set Vegas. By initiating communication, requesting services, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging with All Set Vegas, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms in full.
All Set Vegas provides concierge, planning, advisory, itinerary development, reservation coordination, and hospitality liaison services.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
All Set Vegas acts solely as an independent concierge, liaison, and strategic intermediary on behalf of the Client.
All Set Vegas does not own, operate, manage, supervise, employ, control, or maintain any venue, restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, hotel, transportation provider, entertainment provider, ticketing provider, security provider, or other third-party service provider.
All final decisions regarding reservations, access, pricing, accommodations, upgrades, seating assignments, admissions, and service execution remain solely within the discretion of the applicable third-party provider.
Any recommendation, referral, introduction, reservation assistance, booking coordination, or itinerary inclusion involving a third-party provider is offered solely as a convenience to the Client.
The inclusion of any venue, business, service provider, or activity within a recommendation, itinerary, reservation, communication, or coordination effort shall not be construed as a representation, warranty, endorsement, certification, guarantee, or assurance regarding:
All third-party providers operate independently and remain solely responsible for their premises, employees, contractors, operations, services, policies, security measures, safety procedures, and business practices.
All services provided by All Set Vegas are advisory, planning-based, and effort-based in nature.
Fees are charged for:
While All Set Vegas utilizes professional experience and industry relationships to pursue preferred outcomes, no specific reservation, placement, upgrade, access level, pricing arrangement, admission decision, or experience outcome is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Services shall be deemed fulfilled upon the occurrence of any of the following:

Due to the immediate allocation of planning resources, labor, expertise, coordination efforts, and proprietary materials, service fees are earned upon receipt.
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that:
Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable.
The Client agrees to contact All Set Vegas directly regarding any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

All Set Vegas does not guarantee:

All Set Vegas shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Such occurrences shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or disputes.
All third-party expenses remain the sole responsibility of the Client unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

All Set Vegas does not collect, process, or hold payments on behalf of third-party providers.
The Client agrees to:
Failure to comply shall not entitle the Client to refunds, credits, or service adjustments.
Transportation recommendations and coordination are provided solely as a convenience.
All transportation services are independently owned and operated.
All agreements, liabilities, obligations, and payments remain solely between the Client and the transportation provider.
The Client acknowledges that dining, nightlife, entertainment, transportation, hospitality, recreational, and social activities may involve inherent risks.
Such risks may include, without limitation:
The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending, participating in, or utilizing any third-party venue, provider, service, or activity recommended, coordinated, or referenced by All Set Vegas.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Set Vegas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:
All services are utilized at the Client's sole discretion and risk.
In any event, the maximum liability of All Set Vegas shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by the Client to All Set Vegas for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Set Vegas and its owners, representatives, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
All itineraries, planning materials, recommendations, strategies, documents, frameworks, and proprietary planning content created by All Set Vegas remain the intellectual property of All Set Vegas.
Such materials are provided solely for the Client's personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, or used commercially without prior written consent.
By submitting payment, engaging services, or providing written or digital authorization to proceed, the Client acknowledges that they have:
