The following terms govern all engagements with All Set Vegas. By initiating communication, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
All Set Vegas provides high-level concierge services, including consultation, strategic planning, itinerary development, and coordination with third-party venues and vendors.
All Set Vegas acts solely as a liaison and strategic intermediary on behalf of the Client and does not own, operate, or control any venue, restaurant, nightlife establishment, hotel, transportation provider, or service provider.
All final decisions regarding reservations, access, pricing, accommodations, and service execution remain at the sole discretion of the respective third-party provider.
Services include, but are not limited to, dining reservations, nightlife arrangements, daylife/pool experiences, entertainment bookings, and logistical coordination throughout Las Vegas.
To maintain discretion and comply with venue policies and regulatory standards, All Set Vegas does not participate in or maintain presence during casino gaming activities.
Support is provided before and after gaming-related portions of a Client's itinerary, including coordination, transitions, and overall trip execution.
All services provided are effort-based and advisory in nature. Fees are charged for time, expertise, industry access, relationships, and coordination.
While All Set Vegas leverages professional experience and established relationships to secure preferred arrangements, specific outcomes—including reservations, access, pricing, or upgrades—are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Services are deemed fulfilled upon the provision of any of the following:
Fulfillment is not contingent on the Client's use, attendance, or subjective satisfaction with third-party services.
Due to the immediate allocation of time, labor, and proprietary resources, all fees are earned upon receipt and are strictly non-refundable.
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
The Client further agrees to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting All Set Vegas to attempt resolution.
All Set Vegas does not guarantee access to specific venues, tables, reservations, pricing, or experiences unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
All requests are subject to availability, venue discretion, and operational conditions.
All Set Vegas is not responsible for circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to:
Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or disputes.
All costs associated with third-party services—including but not limited to:
—are the sole responsibility of the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
All Set Vegas does not collect, process, or hold payments on behalf of third-party providers.
The Client agrees to:
Failure to comply—including late arrivals, denied entry, or no-shows—does not qualify for refunds or service credits.
All Set Vegas will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, modifications, or pivots requested by the Client.
However, all changes remain subject to availability, third-party policies, and timing constraints, and are not guaranteed.
Any transportation arranged by All Set Vegas is provided strictly as a referral or coordination service.
All agreements, liabilities, and payments remain solely between the Client and the licensed transportation provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Set Vegas shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Set Vegas from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:
