The following terms govern all engagements with All Set Vegas. By initiating communication or submitting payment, you agree to these protocols.
All Set Vegas provides high-level concierge services, including consultation, strategic planning, and coordination with third-party venues and vendors. We act solely as a liaison on behalf of the client and do not own, operate, or control any venue, restaurant, or nightlife establishment. All final decisions regarding reservations, entry, pricing, and accommodations remain at the sole discretion of the respective venue or provider.
All fees are for time, expertise, access, and coordination efforts. While we leverage relationships and industry knowledge to secure preferred arrangements, specific outcomes—including reservations, entry, or pricing—are not guaranteed. Services are considered fulfilled once reasonable and documented efforts have been made on the client's behalf.
Due to the immediate allocation of time, labor, and proprietary resources, all fees are earned upon receipt and are strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of final outcomes, changes in client plans, or third-party decisions.
All Set Vegas is not responsible for circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to venue closures, private buyouts, capacity limitations, policy changes, or other operational disruptions. Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.
All costs associated with third-party services—including but not limited to food and beverage minimums, gratuities, transportation, tickets, and venue fees—are the sole responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise. All Set Vegas does not collect or process payments on behalf of third-party providers.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to all venue requirements (including age restrictions, dress codes, and arrival times), and ensuring compliance by all members of their party. Failure to meet these requirements, including late arrivals or no-shows, does not qualify for refunds.
Any transportation arranged is provided as a referral or coordination service only. All agreements, liabilities, and payments remain directly between the client and the licensed transportation provider.
All Set Vegas shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to denied entry, changes in reservations, personal injury, loss of property, or dissatisfaction with third-party services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and are utilized at the client's discretion and risk.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Set Vegas from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from the actions of the client or their guests, or from interactions with third-party providers.
By submitting payment, engaging services, or providing written or digital confirmation to proceed, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
