Before your trip, we review the venues, transportation, timing and priorities for your group.
During your selected evening, I stay in contact with the venues and drivers, keep the plan moving and adjust when dinner runs late, transportation is delayed or a guest arrives separately.
You enjoy the evening with your guests. I take care of the moving parts.

The hosting fee covers planning, coordination and on-site presence. Dining, beverages, transportation, tickets, admission, table minimums and other third-party charges are separate and paid directly to the applicable venue or provider.
Executive Hosting is for evenings where the details matter enough that you do not want to be the one managing them.

I do not leave your group to greet other clients or manage competing reservations.
