My name is Jad. I am a Registered Independent Host with a decade spent navigating the inner workings of Las Vegas hospitality. I’ve seen this city from every angle—from the boardrooms where the contracts are signed to the floor management of the world’s most demanding venues.
I realized that while Vegas offers limitless potential, it is built on immense friction. For too long, high-value clients were left to navigate complex minimums, inconsistent service, and "tourist taxes" on their own. I saw a need for a professional who wasn't just another middleman, but a dedicated advocate.
All Set is the result of that shift. I moved away from the traditional venue-hosted model to become a strategic partner for my clients.
