I'm Jad Haidar, founder of All Set Vegas.
I've spent more than a decade working in Las Vegas hospitality, VIP service and guest experiences. Over the years, I've learned that a great Vegas trip isn't just about getting the reservation or booking the table.
It's knowing which table makes sense. What time you should actually arrive. Whether one venue fits your group better than another. How long it takes to get from dinner to the club. And when the expensive option isn't necessarily the better option.
Those details matter.
I've also seen how confusing Las Vegas can be from the outside. Everyone has a recommendation. Every venue wants your business. And sometimes it's difficult to know whether the advice you're getting is really what's best for you.
That's why I created All Set Vegas.
You hire me. I work for you.
You pay venues and providers directly. I'm not employed by a particular property, and I'm not paid to steer you toward one.
I can simply look at your trip, your group and what you're trying to accomplish—and tell you what I think makes sense.
Sometimes that's the hottest place in town.
Sometimes it isn't.
And I'll tell you the difference.
On Your Side in a City That Isn't.
The Model
Casino hosts, nightclub hosts and hotel concierges typically represent the property or venue they work for. My role is different.
I represent you.
If you're staying at one hotel, dining somewhere else, going to a show across town and ending the night at another property, I'm able to look at the entire evening instead of one piece of it.
I consider your group, dates, budget, atmosphere, timing and priorities before recommending anything.
And if something doesn't make sense—even if it's popular—I'll tell you.
That's one of the most important things I offer.

Before You Arrive
I can help shape the trip before you ever get on the plane—restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, transportation, timing and the decisions that are much easier to make before Vegas gets busy.
While You're Here
Plans change. People run late. Someone wants to add dinner. A table isn't where you expected it. Transportation needs to move.
With VIP Concierge, you have someone in Las Vegas you can actually reach when those things happen.
When You Want Me There
For certain evenings, I can be personally on-site—helping with timing, transportation, venue communication and the little issues that are much easier to solve when someone is already there.
The level of planning, coordination and on-site involvement depends on the service scope selected.

You're not passed between agents or sent into a call center. When you hire All Set Vegas, you're working with me.

If I think something is worth doing, I'll tell you. If I think you're about to spend money on something that doesn't make sense for your group, I'll tell you that too.
