Execution Standards for the Head of the Table

These protocols govern all active engagements and are designed to ensure controlled execution, protect your time, and maintain operational precision throughout your experience.

Financial Protocol

Service fees are secured via retainer prior to planning. This structure ensures complete financial transparency and eliminates any conflicts of interest.
All venue-related financial obligations—including minimums, gratuities, and service charges—are handled directly between the Head of the Table and the establishment. We do not collect, process, or hold client funds for third-party services.

Operational Lead Time

To secure optimal placement and ensure full logistical alignment, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for standard engagements.
Expedited requests (under 24 hours) are accommodated on a priority basis, subject to availability and applicable surcharge.

Scope of Influence

Our role is focused strictly on social and logistical advocacy. We manage optics, access points, and venue dynamics to ensure seamless execution.
While we oversee the flow of your itinerary and coordinate all moving parts, we do not provide physical security or personal protection services.

Transition Logistics

We coordinate with luxury transportation providers and venues to ensure synchronized arrivals.
Real-time communication ensures your transition from vehicle to venue is executed smoothly, efficiently, and without unnecessary exposure or delay.

Communication Protocol

During active engagements, a dedicated communication line is maintained for the Head of the Table.
Communication is primarily text-based for speed, clarity, and documentation, ensuring all logistical adjustments are executed in real time.

Conduct & Decorum

Our advocacy is built on elite professional relationships.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the mistreatment of staff, security personnel, or venue partners. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if client conduct compromises operational integrity or professional standing.

Silent Advocacy

Discretion is standard.
We do not document engagements for social media. Your identity, location, and itinerary remain strictly confidential at all times.
