Service fees must be settled via secure retainer prior to planning. This ensures complete financial transparency. All venue liabilities are settled directly between the Head of the Table and the establishment; we never touch your primary capital.

To ensure primary placement and logistical synchronization, we require a minimum of 72 hours for standard engagements. Short-fuse requests (under 24 hours) are handled on a priority surcharge and capacity-available basis.

Our role is focused strictly on Social and Logistical Advocacy. We manage optics, entry points, and venue politics. While we oversee the "flow" of your itinerary, we do not provide physical security or protective services.

We act as a liaison with luxury carriers to synchronize arrivals. We provide the real-time intelligence required to ensure your transition from vehicle to venue is executed with zero public friction.

During active engagements, we maintain a dedicated communication line for the Head of the Table. We prioritize text-based intelligence for speed and clarity, ensuring all logistical pivots are documented in real-time.

Our advocacy relies on elite relationships. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the mistreatment of staff, security, or liaisons. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if conduct jeopardizes our professional standing.

Discretion is our default. We do not document your night for social media clout. Your identity, location, and itinerary remain strictly confidential and off-feed.
